Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse functions including: shipping / receiving, project staging, ordering replenishment materials, and manage warehouse inventory and tools.  This position will coordinate with drivers making deliveries as needed in support of our field crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain overall organization, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Manage warehouse inventory at appropriate levels.
  • Manage shipping and receiving, checking all incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.
  • Organize and stage equipment and materials for service and install projects.
  • Truck and warehouse replenishment as needed.
  • Work with Purchasing Agent on equipment and material ordering.
  • Audits of company owned tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Track project returns to suppliers or back to inventory.
  • Support field crews with on-site deliveries as needed.
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse management or lead experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a high-volume, service-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with inventory management and basic computer skills.
  • Self-starter with a take-ownership mindset.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and written.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable through company insurance carrier.

Pay:  $ 32.00 - $38.00 / hr DOE
