Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse functions including: shipping / receiving, project staging, ordering replenishment materials, and manage warehouse inventory and tools. This position will coordinate with drivers making deliveries as needed in support of our field crews.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall organization, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse inventory at appropriate levels.
- Manage shipping and receiving, checking all incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and stage equipment and materials for service and install projects.
- Truck and warehouse replenishment as needed.
- Work with Purchasing Agent on equipment and material ordering.
- Audits of company owned tools, equipment, and materials.
- Track project returns to suppliers or back to inventory.
- Support field crews with on-site deliveries as needed.
- Improve processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse management or lead experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a high-volume, service-driven environment.
- Comfortable with inventory management and basic computer skills.
- Self-starter with a take-ownership mindset.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and written.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable through company insurance carrier.
