Responsibilities:
- Able to install boilers and hydronic equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service. Able to interact with the homeowners while completing installations.
- Provide project leadership with less experienced helpers to complete install projects.
- Focus on safety for self and others.
- Other special projects.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in residential HVAC installation or repair with an emphasis in hydronics.
- Able to read and understand blueprints, layouts, diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Experience leading apprentices and helpers.
- Experience managing projects.
- Proficient understanding of gas and electric boilers, air to water heat pumps, geothermal systems, and other hydronic components.
- Knowledge of boiler control and safety circuits.
- Ability to commission, start, and test hydronic systems.
- Understand and apply all relevant codes.
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- Have or working towards Washington 06A or 06B specialty license.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
